Snow on the way?
An Alberta Clipper gave us a nice dusting over the weekend. Very cold air and strong winds will follow. Gusts could get up to 50 m.p.h. today and real feel temperatures could be near zero. We should warm up a little bit to start the week and that will lead to some rain Wednesday, but Wednesday night the rain looks like it could mix with snow and sleet. Thursday looks like there could be some snow throughout the day with the precipitation ending Thursday night. It's hard to say how much snow to expect as of now, or even to say if it is going to happen. I refuse to make predictions this early, but Henry Margusity of Accuweather.com states that a 2-4" band of snowfall will fall from Richmond up toward Maine. Let's hope this holds true and let it snow.
